• All Items are subject to be inspected on returns in original packaging unused land inspected .
• No misused items/products will be refunded or exchanged
• All quality issues/problems/defects are to be reported in writing within 7 days of purchase.
• All items have a warranty of 6 months (subject to warranty terms and conditions)
• We do not install the headboards wall hooks , they are however provided with item/s bought.
• All products that has been fabric protected are not to be overwashed .
• When wiping off a spill or cleaning off fabric , use a non abrasive cloth and dab lightly. Never wipe abrasively Or harshly as this is likely to ruin or spoil fabric.
• Do not store or keep fabrics in direct sunlight as it will or is most likely to fade over time .
